Refund policy

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!! 

-ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW: customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. If the cancellation is not submitted within this 24-hour window, the order will be processed as normal and cannot be cancelled.

Thank you for shopping with Throne Style Publishing. Because all items are made-to-order (print-on-demand), all sales are final and items are non-returnable. However, customers are eligible for a refund ONLY within 7 days of delivery, and only if the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All sales are FINAL:

No returns

No exchanges

No sending items back

This applies to all books, printed items, bundles, and products.


REFUND ELIGIBILITY (WITHIN 7 DAYS) 

To qualify for a refund, the issue must meet at least one of the following: The item arrived damaged, the item arrived defective, you received the wrong item, there was a printing/manufacturing error, the package was lost (confirmed by carrier)

Refund window: 7 days from the date the package shows “Delivered.”

Requests made after 7 days will be automatically denied.

 

 MANDATORY PHOTO VERIFICATION

Every refund request must include:

Clear photos of the damaged/defective area

A photo of the full item

A photo of the shipping label on the package

Your order number

The email used at checkout

Requests without photo proof = automatically denied

Blurry, edited, or incomplete photos = denied


 REFUND PROCESS

 

After reviewing your evidence:

If approved → refund is issued back to your original payment method

Processing time: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable

No returns are required

Refunds are approved case-by-case based on evidence.



 REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR:

 

“I changed my mind”

“I don’t want it anymore”

“I ordered the wrong item”

Entering the wrong address

Delivery delays caused by USPS/UPS

Claims made after 7 days

Requests without photos

“Item not received” when tracking shows Delivered

Cosmetic preferences (color, size, design layout)


 LOST PACKAGES

 

If tracking shows the package is lost, we will confirm with the carrier and issue a refund.

If tracking shows Delivered, no refund will be issued for “item not received.”


ANTI-FRAUD RULES
We reserve the right to:

Reject refund claims with edited or suspicious photos

Reject repeated refund claims

Deny cases where the claim contradicts tracking

Block abusive customers from future orders
